A crew without leadership is just a group of people. That is why every Work4s crew comes with its own foreman or supervisor, who knows the people, speaks their language and coordinates daily with your project manager. The foreman makes sure the crew works safely, to drawing and to plan.
We can scale from a single crew to a full project organisation with project management, site management, QA/QC and HSE. Planning, control and quality stay in Danish hands. That is the whole idea behind Work4s.

How we mobilise
The foreman is involved from day one, including the site induction. On larger projects we agree the organisation together with you, so responsibility and reporting are fixed from the start.
