Hygienic process installation for food and dairy

Stainless process pipe, CIP and tank systems. 12,000 welds at a 0.6% defect rate on a single project.

Food and dairy demand clean pipe, clean welds and crews who understand hygienic design. At Alfa Laval in Frederikssund we delivered 40,000 man-hours over 11 months: 9,000 metres of stainless process pipe, 12,000 welds and a weld defect rate of 0.6%. The project finished on schedule.

We supply TIG welders, pipefitters, mechanical fitters and refrigeration crews to process plants, dairies, breweries and slaughterhouses. The crew arrives with its own foreman and is employed by Work4s on Danish contracts.
