Cooling and ventilation have become two of the most critical trades, especially in data centres and food production. We deliver refrigeration technicians and HVAC installers who work in large plants where piping, electrical and controls have to come together.
We often work under refrigeration and HVAC contractors who have won a large job and need a crew that can hold the pace. The crew is our own, and we handle papers, housing, travel and PPE.
What the crew does
- Installation of refrigerant pipework, chillers and components
- Ductwork, air handling units and supports
- Chilled water and glycol pipework
- Coordination with electrical and controls for connection
- Pressure testing and preparation for commissioning
Certificates and requirements we match
- Relevant refrigerant handling certificates where the work requires them
- Documented experience from industrial plants
- Safety courses and site induction
- Supervisor who coordinates with the client's project manager
Typical projects
- Cooling in data centres
- Chill and freeze in food and dairy
- Ventilation and cleanrooms in pharma
- Heat pumps and energy plants
How we mobilise
We agree trades and certificate requirements, screen and check documents, employ the crew, sort housing and logistics, and mobilise with a supervisor. You get weekly reporting from week one.
