About Work4s: a contractor built by a welder

Dennis Olsen, owner and CEO

Dennis is a trained fitter and welder who worked the big industrial sites himself. He has been self-employed for about 14 years: around 8 years with his first company, Process Welding, which closed when Russia invaded Ukraine, and almost 5 years with Work4s, which he founded on 7 September 2021.

Along the way he saw projects lost on price and delayed by the wrong people. He proposed a better model. Nobody listened, so he did it himself: skilled European craftsmen on the tools, with planning, control and quality kept in Danish hands.

Dennis is reachable evenings and weekends. He once priced a full installation job overnight from a 3D model and had the order the next day. He stays calm under pressure, and he cares that his people are housed, treated and paid properly.
