How we work
How we work: eight steps from enquiry to crew on site
Nobody arrives untested, and no start date is promised before we know the requirements. This is how we deliver a crew.
- 1
Scope, trades and certificates
We agree scope, trades, certificate requirements, crew size and start date with you. Everything that follows builds on this.
- 2
Screening and documents
We screen candidates and check experience, training and documentation before anyone is offered a place on the crew.
- 3
Practical trade tests
Where the project requires it, we run practical tests, such as weld tests. Nobody arrives untested.
- 4
Employment
Everyone is directly employed by Work4s on Danish contracts under DI agreements. No chain below us.
- 5
Housing and logistics
We sort housing, travel, PPE, A1 and permits. If the papers for a new country take three weeks, they take three weeks, and that goes in the plan.
- 6
Mobilisation
The crew arrives with its own foreman and gets a site introduction to your procedures.
- 7
Supervision and reporting
The foreman coordinates daily with your project manager. You get a weekly report on progress, manpower, quality and safety.
- 8
Scaling and replacements
We scale only against confirmed demand. Replacements go through the same qualification as the rest of the crew.
Documentation and compliance
- Everyone is directly employed by Work4s on Danish contracts under DI agreements (DIO I and III).
- We handle pay, tax, insurance, work permits, A1 and registration in the country of work.
- Contracts, payslips, hours and certificates can be shown to the client.
- If the papers for a new country take three weeks, they take three weeks. It goes in the plan from day one.
Proper conditions for our people
Dennis cares that his people are housed properly, treated properly and paid the right wage on time. It is not charity. People who are treated well stay on the crew, and a stable crew does better work. We handle housing, travel, PPE and rotations so the crew can focus on the job.
Tell us the trades, the site and the start date
We reply within one working day, and the owner picks up the phone himself.
