What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, company, email, phone and the project details you write. We also store the page you sent from, the referring page and any campaign parameters (UTM), so we know how you found us.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your enquiry and give a quote. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preparing an agreement (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed for the conversation and any collaboration, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your information and object to processing. Write to info@work4s.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
